Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Paw Paw seeking Supply Chain Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee procurement, logistics, and inventory management processes.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends, forecast demand, and improve supply chain performance.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align supply chain activities with production schedules and sales forecasts.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of optimizing inventory levels and improving on-time delivery rates
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience in process improvement methodologies

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with an ERP implementation or upgrade
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
• Proficiency in a data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Fluency in a second language relevant to global supply chains
