Salary Range: $42,000 - $67,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform various welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick) on a range of materials and thicknesses.
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements and procedures.
• Inspect welded components for defects, ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment, including welders, torches, and grinders.
• Troubleshoot and repair welding equipment and fixtures to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize welding processes and improve product design.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• AWS Certified Welder (CW) certification
• 3+ years of experience in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and weld symbols
• Experience with various welding equipment and tools, including grinders, plasma cutters, and torches
• Strong understanding of welding safety protocols and quality control standards
