Salary Range: $43,000 - $68,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on various materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and robotic welders.
• Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
• Troubleshoot and repair welding equipment and fixtures.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to optimize welding processes.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• AWS Certified Welder (CW) certification
• 3+ years of experience in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficient in using various welding tools and equipment, including grinders, plasma cutters, and measuring devices
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality control standards in manufacturing environments
