Salary Range: $69,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
  • Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and safety.
  • Manage inventory control processes, conduct regular stock takes, and investigate discrepancies.
  • Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Maintain warehouse equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Analyze warehouse data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in warehouse management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven expertise in lean manufacturing principles, inventory management systems (WMS, ERP), and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of warehouse personnel.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations (OSHA), quality control standards, and logistics best practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to drive operational efficiency and cost reduction.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles.
  • Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) like SAP EWM or Oracle WMS.
  • Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CLTD).
  • Proven ability to implement and manage automation technologies (e.g., AS/RS, AGVs).
  • Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) to communicate with a diverse workforce.
