Salary Range: $55,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily production activities to meet output targets.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members on job performance and safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Maintain accurate production records, including output, scrap, and labor hours.
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and motivate team members.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and basic computer applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
• Ability to train and mentor new team members
