Salary Range: $53,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Train and mentor team members, fostering skill development and adherence to safety protocols.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
• Manage workflow and allocate tasks to achieve production targets and deadlines.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to direct reports.
• Resolve workplace issues and mediate conflicts among team members.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience, including at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team of production associates.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality control standards in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting production schedules, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Experience with robotic or automated manufacturing processes
• OSHA 30-hour certification
