Salary Range: $78,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for manufacturing initiatives.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, production, supply chain) through project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies relevant to manufacturing operations.
• Ensure projects adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.

Recommended Qualifications

• PMP certification or demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Proven understanding of manufacturing processes, production lifecycles, and supply chain management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality, supply chain) in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively in a production environment.
• Demonstrated experience in risk management specific to manufacturing projects (e.g., production delays, quality control, supplier issues).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency with manufacturing-specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 principles and smart factory technologies
