Salary Range: $59,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for production, skilled trades, and administrative roles, ensuring timely staffing to meet operational demands.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, labor laws, and employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Administer HR programs such as onboarding, performance management, and offboarding, tailored to the manufacturing environment.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as internal company policies and safety regulations pertinent to manufacturing operations.
- Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs, addressing employee inquiries and facilitating annual review processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems (HRIS), generating reports as needed for management and compliance.
- Collaborate with EHS to promote a safe working environment and ensure HR practices align with safety protocols and incident management.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, with significant exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws, including OSHA regulations pertinent to manufacturing operations.
- Demonstrated ability in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management in a diverse workforce.
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment for both hourly production staff and salaried manufacturing roles.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR data management.
Bonus Qualifications
- Multilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish)
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety program administration
- Experience supporting a multi-shift manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies
- Advanced proficiency with a widely used HRIS in manufacturing (e.g., UKG, ADP Workforce Now)
