Salary Range: $112,000 - $161,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers, fostering their professional development and performance.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new manufacturing processes, equipment, and automation solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality and reliability.
• Manage engineering project portfolios, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence for factory upgrades and new product introductions.
• Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and R&D teams to resolve complex technical issues and support operational excellence.
• Develop and implement engineering standards, best practices, and safety protocols across all manufacturing operations.
• Contribute to the strategic planning for manufacturing technology roadmaps and capital expenditure projects.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and industrial engineering principles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering projects from concept to completion, including scope, budget, and timeline.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for complex production and design challenges.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Demonstrated experience implementing automation, robotics, or Industry 4.0 solutions.
• Proficiency with manufacturing execution systems (MES), ERP, or PLM software.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Strong understanding of Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles.
