Salary Range: $116,000 - $165,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers.
• Oversee the design, optimization, and implementation of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring budget adherence and timely delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and R&D teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies and automation solutions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) with 7+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams.
• Expertise in manufacturing processes, Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex engineering projects from conception to completion, including budget and resource allocation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving operational excellence and efficiency improvements.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies (e.g., Green Belt or Black Belt certification).
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an MBA.
• Experience implementing automation, robotics, or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
