Salary Range: $128,000 - $179,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial reporting, including month-end close, financial statements, and management reports.
• Manage cost accounting activities, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation for production.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, providing detailed analysis for operational planning.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal tax regulations and accounting standards (GAAP).
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions to optimize liquidity.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance, with significant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, and variance analysis specific to manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor an accounting team, drive process improvements, and ensure robust internal controls.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience leading ERP system implementations or significant module optimizations.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean manufacturing principles or other operational efficiency methodologies.
• Proficiency in business intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for advanced financial analysis.
• Prior experience with due diligence and integration related to mergers and acquisitions.
