Salary Range: $79,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and program PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation and control system issues to minimize downtime.
• Integrate and program industrial robots, vision systems, and other advanced automation technologies.
• Develop and optimize machine control sequences, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality.
• Design, implement, and maintain industrial communication networks (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
• Create and update electrical schematics, control narratives, and other technical documentation.
• Participate in the commissioning, startup, and validation of new machinery and production lines.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Solid understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet) and data acquisition.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting, commissioning, and optimizing automated manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read, interpret, and design electrical schematics, adhering to relevant safety standards.
• Experience with robotics, vision systems, or complex motion control applications.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
• Familiarity with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence) for inspection or guidance.
• Proficiency in a high-level programming language (e.g., Python, C#, SQL) for data acquisition or custom tool development.
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or advanced SCADA integration.
