Salary Range: $47,000 - $67,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements to company records, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Manage payroll processing, including deductions, benefits, and tax remittances.
• Maintain the general ledger by posting journal entries and ensuring data integrity.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures, including preparing trial balances.
• Track and reconcile inventory-related costs, including raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Generate basic financial reports such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets for management review.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably within a manufacturing or production setting.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP B1) and ERP systems common in manufacturing.
• Solid understanding of cost accounting principles, inventory management, and bill of materials.
• Demonstrated ability to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail for financial accuracy and reporting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Epicor).
• Basic understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory valuation methods.
• Experience with fixed asset tracking and depreciation for manufacturing equipment.
• Exposure to inventory reconciliation and cycle count processes.
