Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement industrial automation solutions using PLCs, HMIs, and robotics.
• Program, configure, and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and SCADA systems.
• Optimize existing automation processes and equipment for improved efficiency, reliability, and quality.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to define automation requirements and integrate new technologies.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including electrical schematics, control narratives, and operational procedures.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and software issues in automated manufacturing systems.
• Manage and execute automation projects from conceptualization through commissioning and post-implementation support.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency with PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens), HMI/SCADA development, and industrial control systems.
• Strong experience in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus) and data acquisition systems.
• Experience with robotics programming and integration (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA, ABB).
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards and best practices for automated machinery.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Familiarity with industrial data historians (e.g., OSI PI, Ignition) and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in advanced programming languages (e.g., Python, C#) for data analysis or custom applications.
• Experience with multiple robotics platforms (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB) and advanced robotic applications.
• Strong understanding of industrial cybersecurity principles and network architecture.
