Salary Range: $114,000 - $163,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Proven ability to manage complex engineering projects from concept to successful implementation within a production setting.
• Expertise in applying continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to optimize operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical and operational challenges.

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
