Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure the reliability, security, and performance of all IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and end-user devices across office and production environments.
• Oversee the support and maintenance of critical manufacturing systems such as ERP, MES, SCADA, and IoT devices to minimize production downtime.
• Develop and implement IT strategies and projects that align with manufacturing objectives, including automation, digitalization, and operational efficiency improvements.
• Lead efforts in cybersecurity for both IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments, ensuring data integrity and system availability.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and licensing agreements to optimize technology investments and service delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and support to resolve complex IT issues, ensuring business continuity and user satisfaction across the organization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT systems and infrastructure within a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in manufacturing-specific IT systems such as ERP, MES, and SCADA.
• Strong leadership and project management skills for IT initiatives and teams.
• Demonstrated understanding of cybersecurity practices for both IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments.
• Ability to develop and align IT strategy with manufacturing operational goals and drive efficiency.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SCADA, or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.
• Understanding of Operational Technology (OT) environments and IT/OT convergence.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts, industrial IoT, and automation technologies.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for industrial control systems (ICS) or OT networks.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
