Salary Range: $61,000 - $93,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions using various testing devices.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards, electrical codes (e.g., NFPA 70E), and company policies.
• Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for system repair, modification, and programming.
• Calibrate and test electrical controls, instrumentation, and sensor systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent industrial electrical license.
• Proven experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical systems, including motor controls and power distribution.
• Proficiency with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) for diagnosis and minor programming.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
• Strong understanding and adherence to NFPA 70E and other electrical safety standards and codes.
• Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and servo systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming and optimization (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell).
• Proficiency in robotics electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) programming and tuning.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems or HMI development.
