Salary Range: $55,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Cadillac that are seeking skilled Industrial Electricians. Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using various testing devices.
• Perform preventative maintenance on industrial electrical systems and components.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with national and local electrical codes and safety standards.
• Calibrate and test electrical systems and components to ensure proper operation.
• Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) for automation.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent certification
• 3+ years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing PLCs, motor controls, and VFDs
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Thorough knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and industrial safety protocols (e.g., LOTO)
• Experience with power distribution systems, including both low and high voltage applications

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming and advanced troubleshooting (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Allen-Bradley).
• Certification in Arc Flash safety (NFPA 70E compliance).
• Experience with robotic systems maintenance and integration.
• Familiarity with VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) commissioning and repair.
• Background in instrumentation and process control calibration.
