Salary Range: $55,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using various testing devices.
- Perform preventative maintenance on industrial electrical systems and components.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with national and local electrical codes and safety standards.
- Calibrate and test electrical systems and components to ensure proper operation.
- Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) for automation.
Recommended Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent certification
- 3+ years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing PLCs, motor controls, and VFDs
- Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Thorough knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and industrial safety protocols (e.g., LOTO)
- Experience with power distribution systems, including both low and high voltage applications
Bonus Qualifications
- Proficiency in PLC programming and advanced troubleshooting (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Allen-Bradley).
- Certification in Arc Flash safety (NFPA 70E compliance).
- Experience with robotic systems maintenance and integration.
- Familiarity with VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) commissioning and repair.
- Background in instrumentation and process control calibration.
