Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
• Oversee all quality control processes, including inspections, testing, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances and customer complaints.
• Ensure products and processes comply with internal standards, customer requirements, and relevant regulatory bodies.
• Manage supplier quality, including audits, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of quality throughout the organization.
• Provide training and mentorship to staff on quality standards, procedures, and tools.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing, implementing, and maintaining Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Proficiency with quality tools and methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and Lean/Six Sigma principles.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with a proven ability to drive continuous improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 or relevant industry standard (e.g., AS9100, IATF 16949, ISO 13485).
• Experience integrating quality systems with ERP/MES platforms.
