Salary Range: $69,000 - $98,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of Quality Inspectors and Technicians.
• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Lead investigations into non-conformances, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver training programs on quality procedures and inspection techniques.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation, including inspection records and reports.
• Collaborate with production leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality management systems and external regulatory requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a quality team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certification
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience with an ERP/MES system in a manufacturing quality context
