Salary Range: $72,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans and procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventative actions (CAPA).
• Perform internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Analyze quality data, metrics, and trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with design, production, and supply chain teams on quality-related issues.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) through quality planning and risk assessment.
• Manage and resolve customer quality complaints effectively.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in quality methodologies and tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, Root Cause Analysis, 8D, PPAP, APQP).
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) quality processes
