Salary Range: $99,000 - $146,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
• Oversee inventory management to minimize stockouts and excess inventory while meeting production demands.
• Coordinate logistics and distribution activities for timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Mitigate supply chain risks such as material shortages, supplier disruptions, and quality issues.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain processes with production, sales, and finance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven proficiency with ERP systems and advanced supply chain planning tools.
• Strong expertise in inventory management, logistics, procurement, and demand planning.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced supply chain planning software (e.g., Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Fluency in a second language relevant to international suppliers or markets
• Experience in sustainability initiatives or ethical sourcing programs
