Salary Range: $100,000 - $147,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Manage procurement, sourcing, and negotiation with suppliers for raw materials, components, and services.
• Optimize inventory levels across the manufacturing process to minimize costs and ensure production continuity.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and distribution activities.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and engineering teams for demand forecasting and supply planning.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, quality, and delivery, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks and disruptions.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for supply chain planning and execution.
• Expertise in procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
• Proven ability to develop and implement supply chain strategies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced supply chain planning software (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, O9 Solutions)
• Demonstrated experience in implementing supply chain automation or Industry 4.0 initiatives
• Experience with international trade compliance and global logistics management
