Salary Range: $98,000 - $145,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage procurement, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations for raw materials and components.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize waste, and prevent shortages.
• Coordinate logistics, warehousing, and distribution activities for inbound materials and outbound finished goods.
• Collaborate with production planning and sales to align supply chain activities with demand forecasts and production schedules.
• Monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks, including supplier reliability and market fluctuations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization and cost reduction.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams, manage vendor relationships, and negotiate contracts effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with ERP system implementation or optimization projects (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle).
• APICS/ASCM certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM).
• Demonstrated experience in developing sustainable or ethical supply chain practices.
