Salary Range: $81,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of manufacturing projects from concept to completion.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for production initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, supply chain, and quality assurance.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of manufacturing solutions.
• Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality specifications.
• Communicate project status, progress, and potential issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing processes and product development.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex projects within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production lifecycles, and quality control principles.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Lean) and relevant software tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive project to successful completion.
• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Experience with new product introduction (NPI) processes in manufacturing
• Familiarity with CAD software or product lifecycle management (PLM) tools
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts or automation technologies
