Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of manufacturing projects, including new product introduction, process improvement, and equipment installation.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning engineering, production, quality, and supply chain departments.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Establish and maintain clear communication channels with all project stakeholders, providing regular status updates and reports.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards, safety regulations, and industry compliance requirements.
• Oversee vendor and supplier relationships for the timely acquisition of materials, equipment, and services.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control principles.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience utilizing ERP/MRP systems for production planning and resource management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders (e.g., suppliers, vendors).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a manufacturing context.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts (e.g., IoT, automation, predictive maintenance).
• Technical background in an engineering discipline relevant to manufacturing operations.
