Salary Range: $70,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures.
- Conduct root cause analysis for product defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
- Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Manage the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) for new products.
- Analyze quality data using statistical methods to identify trends and process variations.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce scrap.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing).
- 3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, 8D).
- Strong understanding and application of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).
- Demonstrated ability to interpret engineering drawings, apply GD&T, and utilize metrology equipment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
- Experience with QMS integration within ERP systems (e.g., SAP QM)
- Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, Industry 4.0)
