Salary Range: $53,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and calibrate industrial robotic systems on the production line.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on robotic equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and programming issues in robotic cells.
- Execute corrective repairs, replace faulty components, and adjust robot parameters to minimize downtime.
- Modify and optimize robot programs (e.g., path adjustments, I/O configurations) for process improvements.
- Conduct safety checks and ensure all robotic operations adhere to established safety protocols and standards.
- Document maintenance activities, repair logs, and system configurations accurately.
Recommended Qualifications
- Associate's degree or technical certification in Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Proven ability to program, troubleshoot, and repair industrial robots (e.g., Fanuc, ABB, KUKA).
- Strong understanding of PLC logic and control systems (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and pneumatic/hydraulic diagrams.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Robotics Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with ROS (Robot Operating System) or Python scripting for automation.
- Familiarity with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence, Fanuc iRVision).
- Knowledge of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
- Basic proficiency in CAD software for interpreting or modifying designs.
