Salary Range: $44,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery and systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment failures.
• Repair and replace defective parts, components, and wiring on manufacturing lines.
• Conduct routine inspections and calibrations to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance operations.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used accurately.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial production machinery.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and repair manuals.
• Experience with preventive maintenance (PM) programs and troubleshooting equipment failures.
• Adherence to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
• Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques
• Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Certification in hydraulics and pneumatics
