Salary Range: $50,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in production machinery and automation.
• Repair and replace defective parts, components, and systems of industrial equipment.
• Install, commission, and calibrate new machinery and production lines.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential mechanical failures and wear.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment status.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during repairs and operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (3-5 years) in industrial machinery diagnosis, repair, and maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and service manuals.
• Strong understanding and adherence to industrial safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Relevant technical certification or vocational degree in industrial maintenance, millwright, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in TIG and/or MIG welding.
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles or other continuous improvement methodologies.
