Salary Range: $52,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Execute corrective maintenance promptly to minimize production downtime.
• Install, calibrate, and test new machinery and production lines.
• Adhere strictly to safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment status.
• Conduct facility maintenance and repairs as needed, including HVAC, plumbing, and lighting.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, including PLCs, motors, and control systems.
• Proficiency in hydraulic and pneumatic systems repair and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• A technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS software.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming and advanced troubleshooting (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell).
• Proficiency in welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) and basic fabrication techniques.
• Familiarity with CMMS/EAM software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo) for work order management.
• HVAC/Refrigeration system maintenance and repair experience.
