Salary Range: $73,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement manufacturing tools, fixtures, and equipment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with R&D and NPI teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and BOMs.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production defects and implement corrective actions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on process optimization.
• Strong understanding and application of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for tooling and fixture design.
• Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex)
• Demonstrated experience with robotics or industrial automation
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
