Salary Range: $86,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, overseeing scheduling and performance.
• Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory and external contractor services.
• Oversee all reactive maintenance activities, prioritizing repairs to ensure production continuity.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance for all maintenance operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Analyze equipment failures and implement root cause corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical expertise in industrial mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills for a maintenance crew.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and developing preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with advanced CMMS implementation or optimization projects.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies.
• Proficiency in PLC programming or industrial automation troubleshooting.
