Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preventative and reactive maintenance of all manufacturing plant equipment, building infrastructure, and utilities.
• Develop and manage the annual facilities budget, controlling operational costs and capital expenditure.
• Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and building regulations relevant to a manufacturing facility.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers for facility repairs, upgrades, and specialized services.
• Plan and execute facility improvement projects, expansions, and space reconfigurations to optimize production flow and efficiency.
• Implement and maintain robust security protocols and systems for the manufacturing site and its assets.
• Manage waste disposal programs and promote sustainability initiatives within the manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing facilities operations in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and industrial infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to manage facility projects, budgets, and vendor relationships effectively.
• In-depth understanding of safety regulations (OSHA), building codes, and environmental compliance relevant to manufacturing.
• Experience in implementing and overseeing preventative maintenance programs for critical equipment and facilities.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Demonstrated experience with CMMS implementation or significant system upgrades.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proficiency in CAD or BIM software for facility planning and modifications.
