Salary Range: $49,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform precise calibration of various electrical, mechanical, and process control instrumentation.
- Maintain accurate calibration records and documentation in accordance with quality management systems.
- Troubleshoot, adjust, and repair malfunctioning measurement and test equipment.
- Develop, review, and update calibration procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure all calibration activities comply with internal standards, ISO 17025, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Manage the calibration schedule and recall system for all plant instrumentation.
- Support internal and external audits related to calibration processes and equipment.
Recommended Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience performing calibrations in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong foundational knowledge of metrology principles, measurement uncertainty, and calibration standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 17025).
- Proficiency in calibrating a wide range of electrical, mechanical, and process control instrumentation.
- Ability to accurately document calibration results, maintain detailed records, and generate reports.
- Associate's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Electronics, Metrology) or equivalent technical certification/experience.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or dedicated calibration management software.
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification or demonstrated experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to interpret and apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles.
- Basic troubleshooting and repair skills for various types of instrumentation.
