Salary Range: $65,000 - $98,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for finished goods and raw materials using statistical models and market intelligence.
- Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to refine forecast accuracy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, production, and supply chain teams to gather demand insights.
- Actively participate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand plans with business objectives.
- Monitor forecast performance, identify root causes for deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage demand planning parameters and data within ERP/APO systems.
- Contribute to inventory optimization by providing reliable demand signals and managing forecast horizons.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills for data interpretation and trend identification.
- Demonstrated understanding of forecasting methodologies and inventory management principles.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills for cross-functional engagement.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with advanced demand planning software (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle Demantra).
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
- Proficiency in statistical programming languages (e.g., R, Python) for forecasting model development or analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in S&OP process improvement initiatives.
