Salary Range: $77,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test electrical control systems and components for manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in production machinery, PLCs, and robotic systems to minimize downtime.
• Lead the installation, commissioning, and validation of new electrical equipment and system upgrades on the production floor.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures and schedules for electrical infrastructure and machinery.
• Ensure all electrical designs, installations, and operations comply with relevant safety standards (e.g., NEC, NFPA 70E) and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and improve electrical system reliability and efficiency.
• Create and maintain detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in industrial control systems (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA).
• Experience with motor control, VFDs, and servo systems.
• Ability to design, read, and troubleshoot electrical schematics and panel layouts.
• Strong diagnostic andposing skills for production equipment and automation.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E) and machine safety principles.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming and HMI development.
• Familiarity with industrial robotics or machine vision systems.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.
• Proficiency in mechanical CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
