Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
• Develop and implement strategies to foster a culture of continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
• Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to employees on CI tools and principles.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and efficiency gains.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions for complex operational problems.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and sustainment of new processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate change, mentor teams, and drive cultural transformation.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, statistical process control, and root cause analysis.
• Expertise in implementing a variety of CI methodologies and tools (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced data analytics skills (e.g., Python, R, SQL) for deeper process insight.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience leading digital transformation or Industry 4.0 initiatives in manufacturing.
• Master Black Belt certification.
