Salary Range: $77,000 - $117,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers and sales teams on product applications.
• Develop, test, and validate manufacturing application solutions to meet specific customer requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept trials for prospective clients.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to product integration and application performance.
• Collaborate with R&D and product management teams to provide customer feedback for product enhancements.
• Create detailed technical documentation, application notes, and training materials for products.
• Lead the technical aspects of customer projects from initial concept through successful implementation.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• Proven experience with manufacturing processes (e.g., CNC machining, automation, robotics).
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and other relevant engineering design/simulation tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent technical communication skills for customer interaction.
• Experience with industrial equipment commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical support.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim) for manufacturing process optimization.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, Power BI) to derive insights from operational data.
• Familiarity with specific advanced manufacturing techniques (e.g., additive manufacturing, advanced robotics programming).
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) or demonstrated experience leading complex technical projects.
