Salary Range: $54,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and validation of manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and calibration to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues in a timely manner.
• Execute repairs and replacements of faulty components, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical support and training to customer personnel on equipment operation and basic maintenance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or field service, preferably in manufacturing.
• Associate's degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electronics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in reading schematics and troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively to customer sites.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency with specific PLC programming software (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000).
• Experience troubleshooting industrial network protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
• Strong customer relationship management skills and a focus on client satisfaction.
• Familiarity with advanced diagnostic tools (e.g., vibration analysis, thermal imaging).
