Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the flow of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods throughout the manufacturing supply chain.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory control, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure strict compliance with all domestic and international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and safety standards.
• Monitor and analyze logistics key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Lead, train, and develop the logistics team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Demonstrated expertise in inventory control, warehouse operations, and transportation management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a focus on process optimization.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced ERP/WMS system implementation or optimization projects
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs compliance
