Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the entire supply chain process from raw material acquisition to finished goods delivery.
• Oversee inventory control, demand forecasting, and warehouse operations to ensure efficient material flow and storage.
• Negotiate contracts with carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers to secure cost-effective transportation solutions.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve delivery performance, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
• Utilize logistics software and data analytics to monitor key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in logistics and supply chain management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency with ERP and WMS systems, and advanced inventory management techniques.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for manufacturing logistics.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma, APICS CSCP, or other relevant supply chain methodologies.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for logistics analytics.
• Experience with international shipping regulations, customs, and global trade compliance.
