Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for manufactured products.
• Perform functional, performance, and regression testing to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking systems.
• Collaborate with development and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain automated testing scripts and frameworks where applicable.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on product readiness.
• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on testability and quality.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the testing process.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and executing test plans for manufactured products.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools relevant to hardware and software integration.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, LabVIEW).
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and defect tracking systems.
• Ability to analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and document findings clearly.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with automated test equipment (ATE) programming and maintenance.
• - Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing principles.
• - Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) software and methodologies.
