Salary Range: $73,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and procedures for manufactured products.
• Identify, document, and track defects found during testing.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to resolve product issues.
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy.
• Analyze test data and generate reports on product quality and performance.
• Implement and improve automated testing processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in root cause analysis of product failures.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in developing and executing test plans and procedures for manufactured products.
• Proficiency in using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, LabVIEW, C++).
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and statistical process control (SPC).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and datasheets.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software.
• - Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• - Basic understanding of PLC programming or industrial automation systems.
• - Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, Tableau).
