Salary Range: $63,000 - $93,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the inventory, maintenance, and repair of all tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
• Manage tool room staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures within the tool room.
• Ensure timely procurement and replacement of necessary tooling and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of tool usage, calibration, and repair history.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure tooling meets specifications.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for tooling.
• Optimize tool room operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a tool room or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of tooling, machining processes, and precision measurement.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with inventory management and scheduling.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and CNC machining is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
