Salary Range: $67,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for production staff, supervisors, and maintenance personnel.

  • Coordinate training schedules, resources, and facilitators to ensure efficient delivery.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training tracking software.
  • Ability to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
