Salary Range: $69,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with manufacturing operational needs and safety standards.
• Identify training needs through performance reviews, skill gap analyses, and discussions with department managers.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
• Source, develop, and deliver training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and observation of on-the-job performance.
• Maintain training records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new manufacturing employees, covering company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Stay current with manufacturing best practices, new technologies, and relevant industry training trends.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing training programs within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training software.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
• - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) specific to manufacturing environments
