Salary Range: $69,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and procedures for manufactured products.
• Conduct functional, performance, and reliability testing of hardware and software components.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with engineering teams for resolution.
• Document test cases, test results, and bug reports accurately and thoroughly.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Develop and implement automated testing solutions to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on testability and manufacturability.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues found during testing and production phases.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and executing test plans and procedures for manufactured products.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies.
• Proficiency in using test equipment and data acquisition systems relevant to the manufacturing environment.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, LabVIEW).
• Ability to analyze test results, identify root causes of defects, and recommend corrective actions.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with automated test equipment (ATE) programming and maintenance
• - Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) principles and applications
• - Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies and their impact on testing
• - Experience with root cause analysis techniques (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams)
• - Proficiency in scripting languages for test automation (e.g., Python, LabVIEW)
