Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of production operators to ensure efficient workflow.
• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules and targets.
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions for deviations.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Train and mentor new and existing production personnel on operational procedures.
• Report on production performance, efficiency, and resource utilization.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a production team.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and quality control principles.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot production issues effectively.
• Commitment to maintaining high safety standards and promoting a safe work environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Experience with ERP or MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex).
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to the workforce.
