Salary Range: $67,000 - $100,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct the daily operations of the shop floor, ensuring production targets are met.
- Supervise, train, and mentor shop floor employees, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
- Monitor work in progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to maximize productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as production planning and engineering, to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and material usage.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, machinery, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Experience with production planning, scheduling, and quality control procedures.
Bonus Qualifications
- - Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification
- - Experience with preventative maintenance scheduling software
- - Strong understanding of quality control methodologies
- - Proficiency in a specific CAD/CAM software relevant to the industry
- - First Aid/CPR certification
